My journey into the world of fitness began with CrossFit in 2016. The combination of
strength, endurance, and skill required in CrossFit resonated with me, and I knew I had
found my calling. Throughout my journey, I have learned that the key to success is
consistency and a positive mindset. I have faced many challenges along the way, but each
one has made me stronger and more determined.
Turning Point
One of the most significant turning points in my life was when I became a mother. Before
having kids, I had no formal training or consistent fitness routine. However, the birth of my
children ignited a powerful desire within me to be a strong and healthy mum. I wanted to
be a role model for my kids, showing them the importance of hard work, dedication, and
perseverance.
I realised that to be fully involved in my children's lives and their interests, I needed to
prioritise my own health and fitness. This journey was not just about physical strength, but
also about mental resilience and setting a positive example for my kids. I wanted to
demonstrate that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
This turning point pushed me to embrace a new lifestyle, one that revolved around fitness
and well-being. It has been incredibly rewarding to see the impact it has had on my family,
and it continues to motivate me every day to be the best version of myself.
